Our thangkas are shipped in protective tubes to ensure safe delivery. We offer traditional Tibetan brocade mounting as an optional service. For premium members (Gyaltsen level), complimentary traditional mounting is included with every thangka purchase.

Shipping times vary by destination. Domestic orders within China typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders to Asia take 7-14 days, while orders to Europe and North America take 14-21 days. All orders include tracking information. Tashi and Gyaltsen members enjoy expedited shipping at no extra cost.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Due to the sacred nature of our products, consecrated items and opened incense packages are not eligible for return. Custom orders and limited-edition pieces are final sale. You can choose to support Environmental Protection, Children's Education, or Cultural Heritage Preservation. Every donation is fully documented with a certificate, and 100% of your contribution goes directly to the chosen cause.

The 5% is pooled with other contributions and distributed quarterly to our partner organizations in the Himalayas. A consecration video is a personalized blessing ceremony performed by a Buddhist master for your purchased item. The master chants sacred mantras and dedicates the merit of the ceremony to you. This service is exclusively available to Gyaltsen Members and transforms your purchase into a spiritually empowered object. The video is delivered digitally within 14 days of your request.

Tibetan jewelry should be kept away from harsh chemicals and stored in a soft cloth when not worn. Natural stones like turquoise and coral benefit from occasional gentle cleaning with a soft, damp cloth. Thangkas should be hung away from direct sunlight and humidity. We provide detailed care instructions with every purchase, and our team is always available for specific care questions.
