All items are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe transit. Thangkas are shipped in rigid tubes with acid-free tissue. Jewelry comes in silk-lined boxes. Fragile items like silverware are double-boxed with foam cushioning.

Every shipment includes full insurance coverage and tracking. You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. For items over £500, signature confirmation is required upon delivery. We use trusted carriers: DHL, FedEx, and SF Express.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country's regulations. We declare all items as "handicrafts" and provide necessary documentation. Customers are responsible for any customs fees. For EU customers, VAT is collected at checkout.

Each shipment includes a certificate of authenticity, care instructions, and customs documentation. For consecrated items, a blessing certificate is included. Limited-edition pieces come with a numbered certificate and the artist's signature.
